CUSTOM GIFTING fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

mINIMUMS

For custom client gifting projects, we require a minimum of 20 gifts or $2,000.00. If you are unsure of your budget, we are happy to work to accommodate your vision.

DELIVERY

While we gladly shipping our customized event gifts across the United States, we also always offer hand delivery in Charleston, South Carolina. If you’re interested in having your gifts delivered in person, additional delivery fees will apply.

lEAD TIME

Generally, most of our custom gift designs take between 4-6 weeks. If you have a short window, we are able to expedite the process if you are up for making quick decisions!

ALCOHOL

We are not currently licensed to supply alcohol for wedding welcome bags or corporate gifts. Clients are welcome to purchase alcohol on their own (you can have it delivered directly to our warehouse) and we can package it for you.

pROCESS

After our initial discussion, our team will put together a proposal with 2-3 options based on the details you provide. This gives us a solid starting block to begin honing in on the overall vibe. Once the design has been finalized, and a deposit has been paid, we will begin placing orders, procuring items & packing boxes (or bags!).

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the proposed invoice is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance (50%) is due one week prior to delivery/shipment.

wHAT TO INCLUDE

I know it can be an overwhelming task to try and determine what products will make the cut when planning your corporate gifting strategy but we’ve got it down to a science!

  1. Select a vessel (bag, box, basket) that is in line with the overall vibe of the event, wedding or special occasion (housewarming, closing gift).

  2. Add 1-2 keepsakes that guests or clients can use after the event (candles, water bottles, coffee mugs)

  3. Snacks! Our favorite. Pick a nice mix of salty and sweet from local companies specific to your city.

  4. A beverage - whether it is water, coffee, tea, or even the ingredients for a cocktail.

  5. Branded Material - don’t miss out on the opportunity to tie in your company’s color palette, logo, and event to elevate the overall design.

Our team is able to source almost anything you can think of so if you’re not seeing your favorite bottle of spice rub listed in your proposal or are thinking a certain coffee would do the trick, just let us know. We’re happy to work with you to bring your vision to life.
